Welcome to ShoortPlus ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShoortPlus app and website (shoortplus.com). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ShoortPlus. Users under 18 require parental consent. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these age requirements. We may verify age and terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not create accounts for others without permission. Notify us immediately at support@shoortplus.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to ShoortPlus. By posting content, you grant ShoortPlus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
ShoortPlus and its logos, design, software, and features are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ShoortPlus offers virtual coins, gifts, and creator monetization features. Virtual items have no cash value unless explicitly stated and are not transferable. We may modify, discontinue, or update pricing of virtual items at any time with notice. All purchases are final unless required by law.
Creators may offer paid subscriptions and receive tips from supporters. ShoortPlus takes a platform fee from creator earnings as disclosed in the Creator Monetization Agreement. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations on earnings.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time in your settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOORTPLUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
