Important information about ShoortPlus paid features and renewals.
Purchases through app stores
Where paid memberships, boosts, coins, or digital items are offered in the mobile app, payment is processed by the relevant app store. The price, taxes, renewal date, and cancellation instructions shown at checkout apply to that purchase.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store account that sold the subscription before the store's stated renewal deadline. Deleting your ShoortPlus account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests for app-store purchases are handled by the store under its policies. If ShoortPlus introduces direct web payments, the checkout flow and applicable law will state the relevant refund terms before payment is completed.
Changes to paid features
We may improve, change, or discontinue optional features where permitted by law. Material changes to an active subscription will be communicated through the applicable channel when required.
