Delete Your Account
A clear way to request deletion of your ShoortPlus account and associated data.
Delete in the app
In ShoortPlus, open Profile, choose Settings, then Account and Delete account. We will ask you to confirm because this action is permanent.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Include your ShoortPlus username and the phrase “delete my account.” Do not send passwords or identity documents by email.
What happens next
We verify the request, delete or anonymize account data and user-generated content within a reasonable period, and notify you when the request is complete. We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or payment disputes.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel that subscription in the store account before deleting your ShoortPlus account.
